A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

També té smart-TV, a/c a l'estiu, calefacció a l'hivern, wifi i ascensor. El preu inclou un ús raonable però limitat d'aigua, electricitat i gas. Situat en zona de vianants, rodejat de botigues i restaurants, molts tancats fora de temporada. Possibilitat de check-in amb caixa de claus. No s'admeten visites.

Fabulous house in the center with a swimming pool and parking.

Our house @nuriark is perfect for large families looking for comfort and charm. A stone's throw from Plaza de Begur, the heart of the village, offers a terrace with a pool ideal for enjoying the sun and relaxation. Just 2 minutes away you will find shops, bars and restaurants full of character. We have ample private parking for two cars and the beaches in the area are very close.
