This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.

It offers crystal clear sea, rocky shores and sandy beaches, clear, calm and quiet atmosphere and an incredible wealth of almond and olive groves.

"Trullo Barratta" with pool

The 150-year-old Trullo Barratta was born in the countryside of Martina Franca a few kilometres from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Polignano, Matera....... My place is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying an atmosphere of peace in nature. The trullo is an ancient stone building located in a super quiet environment in an area surrounded by centuries-old oaks, olive trees and a beautiful garden full of flowers and fruit trees.

Casa Vacanze Otium is located in the heart of Sasso Caveoso, in a panoramic and strategic position to visit the ancient districts of the city. It has two bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition: private terrace, large kitchen/living room with the possibility of adding a bed thanks to a comfortable armchair-bed. The central garden and pool area are shared with the other house on the plot (a traditional Trullo house which sleeps 4.
