For up to 6 people. Land 950m2, villa 150m2, swimming pool 30m2. All the comfort inside (4 Aircos). Restful view on beautiful landscape. Ten km from sandy beaches, sailing, thalasso, 4 golf courses in the vicinity, tourist urbanisation. Many restaurants. Also a "British" side (pubs, supermarket, full English breakfast!). Also to discover out of season (hiking, golf, cycling). Suitable for families or groups. Generally quiet area and hopefully will remain so. NOT for noisy late parties.

The villa has enough facilities to have a wonderful vacation. The villa is situated against the magnificient "Area Natural Rio Seco",the nature reserve in el Pinar the Campo Verde. In front of the villa you’ll see a protected nature reserve named, natural Rio Seco. Hiking in the Rio Seco is lovely. Taking a dive in the pool or enjoying the jacuzzi beneath the starry sky. Relaxing in the garden. Especially the quietness is a joy to hear and feels relaxed. We wish you a wonderful holiday!

Las Colinas golf & country club is truly a world apart. A unique natural environment with a landscaped golf, nature walks, tennis and padel courts, pools, a fitness and beach club.
