Climatisation réversible dans chambre en étage et dysons , ventilateurs / purificateurs l'air, je serai discrètement sur place-dans studio ( derrière la maison) avec nos setters gentils . Very nice mountain apartment for 12 people 4*

Appartement T 3. 4* aux pieds des pistes tout confort. 4 chambres 3 salles de bain réparties sur un grand T" et un studio attendant sur le même palier. Balcons plein sud magnifique vue sur montagne. Entièrement équipé idéal pour familles ou couples d amis avec enfants. ATTENTION, les draps et serviettes ne sont fournis que pour les séjours d'au moins 6 nuits. . Sinon, il faut ajouter un forfait de 20€ par personne pour les draps et serviettes à régler sur place à Chloé par chèque.

Located in the heart of the green Ardèche, the gîte le Robin des Bois , 500 m from the river, this small haven of peace is a corner of paradise for children(many games/toys available) . Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. Access: 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

T2 type cottage in a 15th century farmhouse with private terrace. Separate bedroom with 3 single beds. Common parking in the inner courtyard. Access to the patio with a gazeebo for relaxing and a 14-barray masona + waterfall to share . Ideal for holidays or Tricastin or other missions..Note the third bed is a 90 extra bed more suitable for children and teenagers.
