In the heart of the Village of La Palme located between Leucate and Gruissan, in a small very quiet impasse, located 3km from the beaches and gliding spots of La Franqui, Port-Leucate & Barcarès. Our house is composed of 4 independent bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen are very well equipped with TV, wood burner, stereo, Wifi. There is no garden or terrace but it is a pleasant house for holidays with family or friends.

My accommodation is less than 100 m from the beach. The sea view is exceptional from the spacious south-facing terrace with a large electric blind. You'll love my place because of its ideal location very close to the shops and restaurants of the city center and yet quiet. One upstairs bedroom sleeps 3. One click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers.

My place is close to the stunning view of Salses Pond, the beach is about 500 m away. For sailing lovers, only a few dozen meters to walk. . My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. The pool , hot tub are unavailable, a prefectural decree does not allow its use. Eastern Pyrenees are on heightened drought alert
