Cozy apartment in perfect location

Welcome, Looking forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower:toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birds chirping over a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, end the day at the "Greek" (150m) in the evening. The apartment is located in the countryside, but only 15 min. from the center. The Munich Munich fairgrounds are 20 min. The U-Bahn runs directly to the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Highway is 5. min. away.

Chic City Center Studio (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative neighborhood in the center of Munich. A few meters away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Upon entering the room you will see in front of you the bright bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has NO kitchen. On the left then high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Das 26qm grosse Zimmer mit Küchenzeile liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug unter dem Dach. Ein eigenes kleines Bad (die Dusche hat einen kleineren Einstieg und ist für durchschnittlich große Menschen keine Problem). Das Doppelbett ist 1,60m breit. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Der Raum ist abschliessbar, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In 5 Gehmin. ist die nächste U-Bahn Station und dann 12 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Kostenloser Parkplatz in 400m. Ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt in München.

Well-kept, whole house in Unterhaching. Less than 15 minutes by suburban train from the city centre. The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
