Pretty percheron half-timbered house, renovated from bottom to attic in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping it all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with days in the sun in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in the winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 to 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining area of 50 m2, a small desk with 1 single bed and a large kitchen equipped full of light. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding,sauna, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

My place is close to La Loupe (8km) and Bretoncelles (8km) and about 1h40 from Paris. You will enjoy this house for outdoor spaces. This restored farmhouse of about 180m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal to spend a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse.. My accommodation is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
