Aurora Cottage Otsola - a wilderness cottage by the lake

This unique and peaceful home is easy to relax in. The cottage has a fireplace, a microwave, 2 hot plates, a refrigerator, a bed, a sofa bed, and a dining table. The cottage has electricity, WiFi, smart TV and Netflix. The square meters are 23m2. The cottage has no aqueduct, no shower. Drinking water is brought in tanks. Outside is in ekove and lean-to. There is a sauna cabin with a wood-burning stove on the beach. The cottage is suitable for wilderness enthusiasts who want to experience the Arctic nature. It's perfect for looking at the Northern Lights.

Experience the tranquility of Lapland's nature and a nightless night in a unique glass-walled experience stage on the shore of a wilderness lake. Accommodation made for 3, up to 5 sleeping places for those staying in their own sleeping bags. In the kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee press cutlery, etc.). Showers with an adjacent beach sauna. A composting tree. The sauna is wood-burning. If necessary, we will guide you to the sauna heating. Used in summer and early fall.

Santas Riverside Villa

Spend memorable holiday in our traditional lodge next to river Kemijoki. 15 minutes/13km drive from Citycenter, Rovaniemi airport and Santa Claus village. Peaceful place away from citylights where you can seek auroras from home yard. Possible to book a different trips or activities straight from us. We can also arrange a rental car, transport services and activity equipments. In summer time between april-september you can use our beach Sauna and go swimming/fishing straight from the house.

Lapland Hygge A with hot tub, sauna and jacuzzi

Just 15 min. drive from Rovaniemi City center and you will be fully out of the reach of streetlights. Perfect opportunity to spot the Northern Lights and plenty of room in the garden for snowfun. House has been separated into two apartments for our guests. This one apartment has room for 5 person. One king size bed with window view and second double bed with one bed upper as bunk bed. The house is being fully renovated and reopened for season 2023 that is why we don't have more pics yet.

A well-maintained log holiday apartment in a beautiful and quiet location. Fully furnished and equipped for six-person getaways: integrated appliances, wireless broadband, and complete set of dishes. The ski resort of Sallatunturi is 3 km away. A comprehensive ski network leaves next to it. Next to the reindeer experience park.

Lake view cabin

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Private island and small cabin

1ha Private island, small cabin and lakeside sauna. Beds for 4-6. Gas stove, 2x fireplace. One separate bedroom and in the living room there's two sofas suitable for sleeping. Electricity comes from the sun and, if necessary, from generator. Outdoor sauna (no shower) and outhouse (no WC). Water from well. You can swim directly from the sauna at your own small sandy beach, or you can even splash into the water from the pier. Access to island by boat takes about 6 minutes.

Cottage by a small lake

The dream of every Finn (and others?) is cabin by the lake. In this unique and calm place is easy to relax. Enjoy having nature close to you and lack of urgency. The cabin is surrounded by a berry forest. You can cook in the cabins small kitchen or outside in barbecue hut on an open fire. You can fish on the lake, the boat is at your use. Authentic, renovated & spacious house in Lapland

Enjoy our traditional and cosy house in a typical Lappish village, while be surrounded by nature. A good place to observe Northern Lights, see reindeer and experience different activities, such as skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in winter months. The house is located conveniently by E63 road and a 30-minute drive from Pyhä-Luosto National Park. During summer, you can fish in the river, choose from multiple hiking trails and enjoy midnight sun.

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.
