This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & living room. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (2 miles north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions (CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, Artesian Casino, & Spa) and much more!

Old School - A rustic, peaceful getaway

Handicap accessible 985 sq ft totally remodeled. 16 foot shiplap walls. Vaulted ceiling with 2 lg ceiling fans. Kitchenette, coffee bar, bathroom with large walk-in shower, open living area with couches and recliner. king bed. Air mattress available. Covered front porch and large patio out back. Deer and turkey visit often. Wifi and plenty of parking with covered parking available. 7 minutes to Wal-Mart, 5 minutes from restaurants and 3 minutes from a convenience store all in a country setting.

Enjoy a peaceful setting on 5 acres with a stocked fishing pond. 1 bedroom(additional queen murphy bed in living room)/1.5 bath with washer and dryer for extended stays. Close to local ballfields if traveling with a team. Fiber optic wifi, tv's, full kitchen, king bed, fully furnished. Plug ins available to hookup your EV charger.
