Idyllic house by the creek

The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and a balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream, opposite are only meadow and forest edge. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden", in the romantic Grenzbach Valley. The outdoor swimming pool is a short walk to the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the center of the village including a cafe in the mill shop. It is only a few minutes to the A8 motorway connection.

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a single-family house with garden and terrace in a quiet dead end street. A parking space is available right by the apartment. Within a radius of about 30 minutes are the Black Forest as well as the Swabian Alb with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart as well as Karlsruhe can also be easily and quickly reached by the direct motorway connection. The Tripsdrill Amusement Park is about 45 minutes away.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the 2nd floor of a 6 family house with views of Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining area and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600m away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart-Zentrum and 24 km to the airport. By car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart very conveniently located. To the bus stop 1 min. BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of the Pforzheimer City. EVERYTHING you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes walk. The CongressCentrum and the theatre are also right around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away.

Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment! We have lovingly renovated this and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you are looking for supermarkets, bars, etc. are unfortunately not right for us. You get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to relax before or after the swimming world, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to your visit!
