Located 2km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire River by bike, the " Joly gîte " was completely restored in 2021. It will be the ideal starting point for discovering the Touraine, the Loire, its castles, its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The cottage of 125m2 can accommodate 8 people. You will enjoy outside two south-west-facing terraces, a bocce court and a 600 m2 garden.
