The villa is centrally located in Løkkens old town, a few meters from the beach, surf environment, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and activity center as well as a few kilometers from Fårup Sommerland. Associated parking space as well as the possibility of laundry.

House with lovely garden, close to city and park

Newly built house from 2021 with a lovely garden with trampoline and sandbox and terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The conservatory can extend the evening without freezing. There are both garden sets and lounge sets for the terrace as well as barbecue and fire. There is a large kitchen/living room with dining area for six pers. as well as a junior and high chair. We have two bathrooms, three rooms, a playroom with possibility of bedding and two with double bed and double bed and junior bed. Carport with ample opportunity for free parking of several cars.

The Klithouse - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

The dune house is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, just 2 ½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in lovely raw nature with great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has a good view. Dogs welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests will thoroughly clean upon departure. External cleaning available on request. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See possibly my second house: Fjordhuset.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. It´s a big bright house with a fantastic view. The house is completely reconditioned. There are 5 rooms, a big kitchen, big dining place, nice livingroom with a woodburning stove. There are two bathrooms - one master with bathtub - both also have showers. It´s located 2,4 km from center (20 min. walk). 300m to public transport and many shopping facilities. Close to big lake and nature. We also have fast wifi (100/100Mbit/s) and a tv with Chromecast/AppleTV to use with your devices or laptops.

Funkisvilla in Gistrup, a city outside Aalborg. The house appears newly renovated, but is used to being used. It's high ceilings in several ways. The rent includes electricity, heating and water where we expect normal consumption. If you need to fill a large pool, please agree on a price. We have Clever electric charging stations for car, which can be used if you have this. The house is left neat and clean, but you do not need to perform a clinical cleaning. We provide linens and towels.
