You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Seaside resorts, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Swimming area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free pedestrian cycle path). From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.

Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for good conscience and the pleasure of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and if the weather allows, you can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace. Of course we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.
