The house is build natural Enviroment friendly with big stonewalls and wooden doors and lots of windows, It has NO AIRCONDITION and you will not miss or need one, since its always cool inside due to the big walls and perfect ventilation. . The area is totally quiet and there are lots of birds and squirrels around. Its close to Supermarkets, and all the facilities you need. Baan Suan one of two Aircon room

very quiet and secluded this room is in a small group of four similar rooms. they feature a large undercover entrance verandah with table and chairs for relaxing in the shade of the big old trees under which they are nestled. Minutes walk to beautiful Ya Nui Beach, you are also close to Rawai beach and all the shops and bars there. There is a communal kitchen if cooking is your thing but it's hardly necessary with all the little restaurants nearby.
