If you want to enjoy the proximity to swimming, fishing and boating, Lake Mälaren is only 600 meters from the property. Dispose of rowboat and life jackets in agreement with hosts during the summer season. Some bikes are available in different sizes. Depending on the season, you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruit and vegetables from the farm. Examples of excursions by bicycle are Mälåker Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial ground (about 1 mil). Big house in Oxelösund

Large two-story house with four bedrooms. Heated glassed-in outdoor space that can be used all year round. Two bathrooms as well as a small sauna. You have a 2-minute walk to the sea and a child-friendly beach. If you like winter swimming, it is often chopped in the ice so you can walk down from the jetty. A few minutes walk and you are on your way out to Femöre, a peninsula with stunning nature. Close to shops and bus station. If the house is not bookable a date that you are interested in, please send a message and ask.

The warehouse in Tuna has finally come back to life! Newly renovated and decorated to offer cozy accommodation in the countryside. Come for a long weekend with friends, cook around the kitchen island or book a private dinner in "Gårdshuset". It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take a walk, a bike ride or swim in Lake Mälaren. The warehouse is separate from the host's residence, with its own driveway. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights in Mariefred or Strängnäs.

Holiday house in a calm and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The house of 40 sqm is built in 2019 and has modern interior. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10 min walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and possibility to pick blueberries. 10 min drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with queen size bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach for yourselves and are a dream for sun, swimming and barbecuing. The beach is very shallow which fits perfectly for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve.
