A large sofa bed in the living room accommodates extra guests. The village has a well stocked shop, an award-winning cafe, pub and even a chocolate factory!

La’l Stenkrith is a self-contained apartment with free on street parking adjacent to the beautifully scenic Stenkrith Park in the rural market town of Kirkby Stephen which lies at the head of the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished it is situated between the North Penines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is convenient for the Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Pennine Way and Coast 2 Coast route, there are plenty of places to walk and explore.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Be in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, breath in our fresh air and come home every day to your own modern yet country-feeling independent cottage. Hot tub, seating area, and private entrance all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime.
