Our maritime apartment is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Heiligenhafen on the 4th floor with balcony to the east side and view towards the lake, south beach and marina we have 2017 lovingly renovated and completely newly furnished. The modern living room is equipped with a cozy couch corner with flat-screen TV and a dining area by the window. From the dining area you have a great view towards Binnensee.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Old Port from the sofa. Studio for 2 persons in the first row with direct view of the Old Port. Additional sleeping possibilities for two more people or children are possible at any time with a sofa bed. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the Old Port can be explored on foot. By car, it's about 15 minutes to the beach.
