Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Spacious and newly renovated 19th century beachfront villa perfect for families. Personality and charm blends together in this home situated in an ideal location just outside the bustling streets of Copenhagen right next to the ocean and the large royal forestry park, Dyrehaven. New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.
