Newly built modern guest accommodation for 1-2 people and 1 child 0-2 years. Year built in 2021. Located on beautiful archipelago island Resarö just outside Vaxholm. Near a bus and a grocery store. Private parking for a car. Fully modern equipped with high standard standard. Kitchen with room for 2per. Fresh bathroom with shower. Living room with a comb bed/sofa (140 cm) for 2 adult pers. TV, WiFi ,washing machine and other equipment all new for 2021 Nice patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. 5 min walk to swimming or take the bikes that are available to borrow.

Guest house in the Stockholm Archipelago /Vaxholm

Lakefront guesthouse on scenic Resarö with 2 minute walk to the bathing area with pier and beach, tennis courts and summer café with rights. Beautiful walking paths and proximity to several other baths. Close to shops and restaurants in Vaxholm. The guesthouse has a combined sleeping and dining room, a large bathroom with wc, laundry code, shower cabin and washing machine/dryer. In the well-equipped kitchenette, there are two plates induction stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave with steam function.

Beautiful little cottage near the sea, 300 m to train.

Relax in this cozy little cottage (15 sqm) 200 meters to bathing area with both rocks and small sandy beach. 300 meters to train. Sofa bed for 2 people, incineration toilet and private patio with possibility to barbeque. Fully equipped kitchenette is available, 15 L water heater in the kitchen. The outdoor shower ( solar powered) is beautifully placed under a pear tree. Parking is included ,possibility to borrow bicycles. The cottage is detached but part of the terrace once next to the residential house which is next to.

- Large seaside lot with stone beach and terass. - Entire cottage 50m2 for yourself, house is located on the other side of the main property - Outdoor terrace around the house, furnished with chairs and hammock - Self check-in, Wi-fi & Parking space - 30 min walk to busstop, 15 min walk to ferry, 15 min (by car) to Åkersberga, 45 min (by car) to Stockholm - Perfect spot for a relaxed holiday in nature, also great for active outdoor activities and exploring! - Car is recommended !!!

Welcome to our guest house with dock access in best sun location! Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and amusements. Train station is in about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train into Stockholm. By car it takes about 30-35 min. Free parking is offered. A guest house, more than 40 m2, with kitchen, bathroom, and a larger furnished room with a double bed, bunk bed etc. Patio with wonderful views. 70 meters to beach, 150 meters to swimming area, 5 km to 18 hole golf course. Please note that the SEK 350 referred to by "cleaning fee" is actually a "starting fee" (bed linens and towels). You are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as upon arrival.
