Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

We would love to welcome you to The Barn at Old Bounty Farm, a rural barn conversion 5 minutes from the M58 The suite has private access and parking. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed There are tea/coffee facilities, a microwave, and fridge. A continental breakfast is provided with cereal and bread. A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Our 3 bedroom family home is fresh and bright, a real home from home. The house sleeps 5 and the open plan design provides a social setting for family and friends to enjoy. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there’s a further family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Outside there is a peaceful private garden with seating for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It is in an ideal location, a short stroll into Ormskirk town centre and well connected for Liverpool and Formby beach.
