Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).

Lovely Suite 27 in renewed stone house in Old Town

This charming old stone house is a perfect place to stay for couples who preffer non crowded romantic, rustic small coastal towns. It has two spacious suites ( 70 square meters each ) and inside garden patio. The house has a long history and it is a part of Old Town Bakar. It is a perfect starting point for exploring meny interesting, just under 30 min drive, destinations, such as island of Krk ( beautifull beaches ) , Risnjak national park ( woodlands ), Opatija, Crikvenica, boat tours...

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen that is fully equipped, and on the second floor a bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom. The house is just 200m from the sea. Nearest, Rijeka Airport 16km away. Close to bay islands, Opatija, Plitvice Lakes, Istrian peninsula...

It is actually a small house, with one newly decorated apartment, providing all the privacy you need. My place is close to shopping mall, grocery shops and banks. City centre is 3km away, and beaches in Kostrena are 5km away. There is a bus stop 300m from the apartment. Taxis are cheap and I can provide all the details.

Just 10 minutes from the sea by car. /aprox 7km/. Location is ideal to explore lots of seaside places around ( Opatija, island Krk, Cres, Losinj, Crikvenica...Istria) or mountain (Platak, Fužine lake...) or Automotodrom Grobnik - motor sport race track, everything is near.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
