Relax in this calm, stylish space located in gorgeous beach suburb, an easy drive or bus ride to the city. Sensational views over the sea to Rangitoto Island. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Lovely walking paths and swimming at the beach 300m. The charming village has terrific selection of restaurants and small boutique supermarket ,pharmacy,hairdressers,fashion & takeaways. Quiet living in a spacious apartment. The top floor in building of only 6 apartments, with a lift.
