Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Kick back and relax in this 4-acre mountain view oasis. This getaway is a great way to be surrounded by nature while having all the home amenities you need. Enjoy the spacious living area, relax in the jetted bathtub, make s’mores at the fire pit, and pick some blackberries in the backyard. There are great spots for fishing in the local rivers, as well as hiking in the beautiful mountains and local state park. 4-wheel drive vehicle recommended in winter due to possible snow on steep hill.
