Nice villa with electric car parking 10 min from town

Nice semi-detached house in calm area with nearby forest grove that is still so close to Gothenburg city. Takes 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike or bus. Has its own carport with electric car charger and engine heater. 3 bedrooms upstairs with private toilet& shower. The downstairs has a large kitchen, large sofa and bathroom& laundry room. I live myself but have two daughters at home in the house every two weeks. Then I don't rent it out. They are 6 & 8 years old which means a lot of toys. No hotel right away. When parks and SPAS.

Welcome to guest houses at Mjörn. Perfect lake location for those who like proximity to nature, fishing, swimming, tranquility, pick mushroom and berries, skates/skis by frozen lake. The house is located on our property, free parking and wifi. The house is small but contains everything you need, a small kitchen with fridge, two stovetops, microwave, hot/cold water and bunk bed. Modern newly built bathroom. There is access to barbecue and rowing boat with fishing equipment and life jackets. It takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Scenic, child-friendly accommodation in Ödenäs, Alingsås

Välkommen till den vackra Ödenäsbygden! På den barnvänliga gården bor hönor och en mycket kelig Finsk Lapphund, Holly. Vi har även några får och till påsk väntas de lamm. Det finns en bra strand knappt 2 km bort och det finns även möjlighet att låna en kanot. I gårdsstugan finns en ny vedeldad braskamin att mysa vid under kalla och regniga dagar. Det finns också en ny vedeldad bastu samt lekstuga och gungor. Svamp och bär finns i skogen. Några mil bort ligger Alingsås, Borås och Göteborg.

Ett personligt hem där ni både kan nyttja Göteborgs nöjen och njuta av grillkvällar med kvällsol. Trädgården har studsmatta och ett stenkast bort ligger en fin lekplats. Närmaste spårvagnshållplats är Sälofjordsgatan som ligger 250 m från huset. Med spårvagn tar ni er in till centrum på mellan 15-20 minuter, och till Liseberg, Mässan och Universeum på 25 minuter. A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.
