One of the best apartments in the city. Very well located, close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping area, just in the city’s heart. I love to show you our culture and offer to help you with your visit to our wonderful city: restaurant’s suggestions and bookings, taxi arrangements, cooking classes, wine tasting, pintxo’s tour, surf boards rental/classes... tell me your idea and I will help you to reach it. Without doubt you have to visit us. You can use all the apartment and the terrace. I will be conected to you to help you with your needs (booking, taxis, information...) Restaurants and pitxos area. A very quiet place. A good option to discover the city and have a relaxing time just in the downtown. Just in front Kursaal, International Film Cinema Festival and Victoria Eugenia’s Theatre. Just in the city’s heart. We could arrange for you Babysitter service with extra payment (request for it when you book the apartment)

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (100 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

Beautiful apartment located in Sarriegi Square, where the traditional flowers and vegetables market is celebrated every morning. It is located in the heart of the old town, next to the pintxo bars. It has a beautiful running balcony overlooking the square, facing south, ideal for breakfast, dinner or a drink. Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.

The new “Downtown” apartment it´s been thoroughly designed and decorated in detail in order to offer to our guests a place of comfort and relaxation.
