This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Welcome to Djurstad! Our house from the late 1800s has plenty of room for the whole family and a large garden, which you share with us owners, with room to relax and play for the children. Eggs &vegetables can be bought after access. On the property, there are chickens, dogs, and calves. It has lovely walking paths and the sea just 900 m away. Cozy cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.
