A small but very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in the historical center of the city, 15 minutes' walk to Langeron Beach,close to many shops,restaurants and the Music Comedy Theatre. Quatira is suitable for guests with children,as Shevchenko Park,Lunapark and Nemo Dolphinarium are two blocks away. Smoking is only possible on the porch. Guests who break the rules and smoke in the apartment will be charged $20 for general cleaning upon check-out.

Локация этой квартиры великолепна. Две минуты до Дюка и Приморского бульвара с видами на море, 5 минут пешком до Оперного театра. До пляжа 30 минут пешком через парк. мансардный (4) этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Вы сможете парковать автомобиль в переулке, вечером обычно нет проблемы припарковаться.
