Fully updated condo, south of Daytona Beach Shores and north of New Smyrna Beach. King bed with gel memory foam in master with renovated walk-in shower. All renovated in 2017. Guest room has a queen bed & bunk beds (250# limit). Enjoy coffee on the balcony watching the waves & an occasional dolphin sighting. No drive beach. Entire building underwent massive engineering inspections, structural & concrete repair 2020-21. Foundation & structure of the building surpasses all requirements. NO SMOKING

Ponce Inlet vacation Getaway....southpoint condos .. direct beachfront. Right on the beach 2 bdr / 2 bath. Corner condo so bedroom has extra side windows for more sunlight and you can see all the way down the beach . This is a NO DRIVE BEACH. Way less crowded...The view is amazing....sunrises are speechless. Private Balcony. Heated saltwater pool . Grills. 3 night minimum stay.
