The elegantly furnished, light-flooded, large house for children aged 6 and over (272 sqm) is located 700 m from the lake, very idyllic, quiet, green, but centrally next to a beautiful forest. 4 - 5 rental bikes included (27, 27, 24, 24 and 21 gears), table tennis table, table football, fitness room with rowing machine, bike trainer, abdominal trainer, dumbbells and a wonderful, hidden garden. Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

Spacious Designer House Near City Centre

Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. Very nice place very close to Munich! Nice garden and nice house for family and for business mans! In the apartement 3 rooms, 1 toilette, 1 badhroom and tee kitchen. You can stated the Kitchen only have microwave, guest can heat up the food . The white room inculded big terasse with smoking area! The prices: The Pink room for 2 persons, the White room for 2 persons and the Panic room for 2 persons from 55 Euro/ night. The whole apartement incl. 3 rooms for 6 persons from 165 Euro/ night.

The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower.
