Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, bullerbu on the mountains!

FeWo Nesterl The access to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. In the living area, a Swedish stove and the nature stone wall provide a special feel-good ambience. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.

In the immediate vicinity is the city parish church with the grave of Franz-Xaver Gruber and the Gruber Museum.
