Modern furnished apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague from a big terrace (12 m2) is just 2 stops by subway to the centre-Wenceslas Square or 10 mins by tram (even at night). The flat is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad with many parks (10 mins’ walk). The flat has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 relaxing chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Nový moderní apartment, nacházející se v klidné častí Prahy v bezprostřední blízkosti parku a zároveň vzdálený jen 15 minut od centra Prahy. Je vhodný pro 2 osoby vyhledávající ruch velkoměsta a zároveň si po namáhavém dni chtějí nerušeně užít příjemný večer s posezením na soukromé terase 30m2, pod pergolou ve vlastní vířivce s celoročně vyhřívanou vodou či relaxovat v prostorné privátní sauně. Ke zpříjemnění romantiky stačí jen zapnout elektrický krb. Parkování zdarma. ve společné garáži.

Newly renovated completely furnished apartment in the heart of Prague on a quiet, gardens and villas-lined street. It features 2 rooms, living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. And a bedroom with a wooden bed and comfy mattress. A luxury bathroom with built-in speakers. The apartment is 10 mins from the old tawn by tram (3km). The station just steps away. Parking place on thé street infront of the apartment (8EUR/day) or 1,5 km (8EUR/5 days - just let me know to manage it).

Well lit apartment comprising of one double bed bedroom, one living room and a kitchen with an appealing view of rooftops of the surrounding buildings and the southern slopes of the Vinohrady district. It is on the top floor and can be accessed by an elevator. The apartment is a short tram ride from the centre of Prague and its attractive sights (15 minutes to Wenceslas Square).
