I rent a stylish and well furnished apartment in a familiar and residencial condo with garage. The property is beautiful and the owner lived there before, so it's something personally fitted. It's perfect if you come with your familiy, for business or study purposes. Very close to the bus station and Historic Center. In front of Total S Mall, just need to cross the street. Close to Moinhos de Vento Hospital and UFRGS. There are all kind of services on the surroundings. 24/7 security doorman.
