It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Stay in a picturesque Victorian farm house sitting on three rolling acres in the middle of nowhere, but only a 3 minute drive from the nearest Walmart and other amenities. Mature hardwood trees in the yard and a house built in 1892 with much of its original woodwork intact. Enjoy a night sky mostly unpolluted by urban lights and a comfortable stay in 3 air conditioned bedrooms. There is always a camp fire built and a place for social gathering in the back yard. We have an apple orchard to roam, animals to watch, an adjacent playground and a great spot for bird watching.
