Welcome to the tranquility of the wilderness in a unique log villa by the lake. A stunning architect-designed and built of old logs, this cottage sits in the middle of silence and pine forests. The cottage is spacious (150 m2) and there is plenty of private plot. The cabin is for 1-4 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wooden sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to its own pier. In winter, the cottage has access to a handover and ice fishing, and you'll have access to a rowing boat in the summer.

This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year. In winter we offer complimentary snowshoes and ice fishing gears. Summertime a rowing boat and paddle boards are available.

Close to a wide variety of outdoor sports facilities, a beach, and nature attractions. The house has a 70m2 covered cozy terrace where it's nice to hang out despite the weather. In the yard area, the possibility of a variety of games found on behalf of the house. A wood-burning outdoor sauna offers an enjoyable experience.

Cozy, clean apartment with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat your sauna daily, cool off on a secluded patio, barbecue (gas), and have a fireplace. Beds in bedrooms (160cm, 120cm). Living room sofa bed (140cm). Travel cribs for small children. Pets are welcome (be sure to let us know when booking). Linens, towels, and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.
