A 2022 renovated apartment at the end of a former village school. Apartment has a indoor kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. Sleeps four. A double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out couch in the living room. The outdoor sauna heats up at an extra charge. The flat is located in a quiet area, 8km from the city center. The rest of the building is used by the host, and dogs and chickens are playing around their side the yard. There's room to hang out in the yard, like a BBQ grill. Great for families with children, too.

Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, parveke, sauna ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Eteisen seinältä löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu takamaan miellyttävän lämpötilan kesät talvet. Asunto on koristeltu viherkasvein. Cozy and spacious two-room apartment in the vicinity of the centre of Joensuu in the immediate vicinity of the main services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and city centre services are all just a few hundred metres away! I provide towels, bedding and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have a washing machine, a hair dryer and two TVs (55 and 32 inch).
