Stylish villa with large, bright kitchen-living room and large, bright living room with office space and exit to cozy sunny patio with lounge furniture, barbecue and fireplace. On the first floor there is a bathroom and three beautiful bright rooms and a balcony. Possibility of extra bed. The villa is centrally located in Løkkens old town, a few meters from the beach, surf environment, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and activity center as well as a few kilometers from Fårup Sommerland. Associated parking space as well as the possibility of laundry.

House with lovely garden, close to city and park

Newly built house from 2021 with a lovely garden with trampoline and sandbox and terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The conservatory can extend the evening without freezing. There are both garden sets and lounge sets for the terrace as well as barbecue and fire. There is a large kitchen/living room with dining area for six pers. as well as a junior and high chair. We have two bathrooms, three rooms, a playroom with possibility of bedding and two with double bed and double bed and junior bed. Carport with ample opportunity for free parking of several cars.

Centrally located villa in Kaas, 7 km from Blokhus. The house consists of 180m2, divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common room, kitchen-living room, large and spacious garden with several terraces. Within a 10 km radius, Denmark's best beaches in Blokhus and Rødhus can be experienced. In addition, there is a sea of shopping opportunities in the form of a good butcher in Kaas, bakeries, pizzerias and supermarkets. Out of excursion opportunities, there is the opportunity to visit Faarup Sommerland, Aabybro Mejeri and the charming city center of Løkken.

The Klithouse - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

The dune house is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, just 2 ½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in lovely raw nature with great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has a good view. Dogs welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests will thoroughly clean upon departure. External cleaning available on request. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See possibly my second house: Fjordhuset.

Luksus villa 200 meters from beaches.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Lovely holiday home close to the North Sea

A few minutes walk from the harbor, shopping and one of Denmark's best beaches, this lovely, modernized holiday home is centrally located in the fishing village of Thyborøn. The garden and the large terrace create the best setting for outdoor relaxation, play and good barbecue evenings for the whole family. The house consists of three bedrooms distributed with one double bed and two 3/4 beds, living room, dining room, kitchen and activity room with billiard table and dart board. In addition, the utility room with washing machine.

Denne luxus villa ligger i gåafstand fra Blokhus centrum og med kun 5 minutters gang til standen (300m). Der er langt til nærmeste nabo, hvilket gør at man i den grad nyder en speciel ro og stemning i huset og man kan være ugeneret udenfor på de velplacerede terrasser, som omkranser huset fra solopgang til solnedgang og der er altid et perfekt spot til at nyde solens varme stråler i læ for vinden og med Vesterhavets lyd i baggrunden.

Relax in this home, with plenty of space, 4 rooms, two toilets, 2 living rooms and one large kitchen/living room incl. stove, oven, various cutlery, dishes etc. Possibility of outdoor barbecue.
