Cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge by lake

Unique cottage in two parts, two bedrooms with separate bathroom, as well as kitchen and lounge. Linen, cleaning and towel included. Pets are allowed in one room. The newly renovated cottage is located on our farm at Lake Bolen in Kolmårdsnatur. Guests have access to the guest dock and BBQ area, while kayaks, sup boards and dock boat can be rented. Child-friendly beach 150 m. We rent out our wood-fired sauna by the lake to guests. Hiking opportunities, mushrooms, fishing and swimming lakes nearby. 33 km to Kolmården Zoo.

House with lake plot, jetty, sandy beach, max evening sun

Two charming newly decorated houses, large private garden, own jetty, boat, sauna and double patios with sun from morning to sunset. This holiday home is in the best location with private south facing lakeside with no neighbors and with maximum evening sun. Here 1-2 families can stay and enjoy swimming, fishing and activities. The guesthouse has en-suite bathroom and 4 beds. The large house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, punch veranda, bedroom with double bed and sleeping alcove with double bed. Hyrs ut tor-tor.

Newly-built cottage with pool close to the beach

Holiday house in a calm and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The house of 40 sqm is built in 2019 and has modern interior. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10 min walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and possibility to pick blueberries. 10 min drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with queen size bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy for cleaning for 400 sek.

Lakefront cottage with sea view!

Cozy little cottage of 15m2 with view of the bay bay. Swimming pool 100 meters behind the cottage. Fantastic walking opportunities in Kolmårds forests around the cabin! Private shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cabin. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and Micro and household utensils. Hob top and grill outside. Riinande water is located in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Friggebod belägen på en lantgård mellan Nyköping och Norrköping Våningssäng 80 cm uppe och 120 cm nere + det finns en resespjälsäng och extra madrass finns att låna. Kuddar och täcken finns, Lakan ingår inte men kan hyras för en extra kostnad. Vatten saknas, dricksvatten finns att hämtas vid stallet 30 meter bort. En enkel utedusch finns på baksidan av stugan. Utedass med mulltoa. För enklare matlagning finns litet utekök med spisplatta, inne finns litet kylskåp, microvågsugn och vattenkokare.

Cozy cottage in older style, just the right size for 5 people. Travel cot available for the little ones. Pets are not welcome, no smoking indoors. Bring the whole family to the tranquility of the countryside. Let the kids run out on the grass outside the door and play. Access to trampoline and part in garden. 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 15 minutes to Skärgårdspärlan Arkösund as an example. Bed linens are available to borrow for a small fee.

Nävekvarn overlooking Bråviken 9+2 beds

Hyr ut vårt fina sommarhus med stor altan och utsikt över Bråviken. 9+2 bäddar fördelat på Huvudhuset och 2 gästhus. Fullt modern, bastu, öppen spis, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin. Grill. Gångavstånd till bad med sandstrand och brygga. 2 km till affär och hamnen där folkpark och restaurang är öppen sommartid 20 min bilfärd till Kolmårdens djurpark. Sörmlandsleden går nära. The charming cottage of Nastorp

Welcome to this picturesque cottage built in the 19th century and renovated in 2018, with it’s old charm well preserved. It's situated just outside of Nävekvarn – a small village in eastern Södermanland. Our location offers a closeness to both the Baltic Sea and forests of Kolmården. The cottage is around 45 m2 large and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.
