You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

The "Norderney" and "Wangerooge" cottages are ideal for couples, adventurers and anglers, business travelers and families (with children). In addition to the beautiful East Frisia with empty, Emden and Aurich, the surroundings offer many opportunities for relaxation. Dikes, sea air and the lovely line of land do not let you out of the rest. If you ever need "action", take the motorboat through the many canals or take me on a scenic flight to the islands.
