Maleny-Montville Cottages are a set of four 2-bedroom townhouses perched on the eastern side of the Blackall Range with valley and ocean views of the Sunshine Coast. Located only 5 minutes from Maleny and Montville, in close proximity to all the Hinterland has to offer, and still only 35 minutes from the beaches of Caloundra. Whether you're attending a wedding, enjoying a romantic getaway or just looking for the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful hinterland - look no further.

Take a break from your busy city life and come and enjoy the country. This cabin is located on the edge of the Eumundi Conservation Park, a place where you can enjoy a bush walk or a lazy bike ride. This eco friendly cabin is fully off the grid with solar power, tank water and even a composting toilet. Our property is a horse agistment property with 3 goats and a miniature pony called Jerry. We are only 15min to Coolum Beach, 10min to Yandina and 25min to Noosa, accommodating 2 cabins.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Our entire property is totally eco-friendly. We are solar-powered, use rain water and have our own environmentally-friendly waste water system! We are just over two kilometres from the heart of Maleny.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
