Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. RER A 1.5 km away (bus 220 or 421 3 min walk from the loft), A4 highway nearby.. You will appreciate my place for its Loft style, its comfort, its calm, its brightness... This studio located on the land of the owners, but totally independent, comfortable, bright, quiet, will be ideal for a couple wishing to visit Paris and Disneyland.
