70 m2 house with 1 floor, completely renovated located in the heart of a charming village. You will be in a quiet area, 10 km from Sens, 60 km from Troyes (factory outlets) and 120 km from Paris. You will enjoy the terrace and garden in the warm weather. The courtyard enclosed by an electric gate allows two vehicles to be parked. On the ground floor is a large living room opening onto the equipped kitchen, desk with sofa BZ, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 140 beds and a shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Nice little house in Champagne fiber Internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people : fibre -1 bed 2 pers -1 sofa bed 2 pers - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years but do not check them in otherwise the surcharge will be charged but let me know when you book so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted, but cats are no longer accepted after great damage, alas.
