Modern, bright, stylishly furnished 1 room apartment with bathroom and south-facing balcony, is on the 1st floor of our house. It is about 1 km away from Lake Constance. Shore promenade, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or by bike. On foot: Train station 8 min Bakery for breakfast 10 min. Norma 5 min Natural swimming beach that invites you to swim 15 minutes. Trade fair visit by car 10 min. Bicycle rental is possible in the resort

Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Wellness and large restaurant selection within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoe and white water activities. Cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts only a few kilometers away. The property is great for a holiday at home or for home office.
