Beautifully decorated, this house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with stunning views from the master bedroom & living room. Inside, you will find cozy furniture and an assortment of board games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen will provide ample seating making it easy to host BBQ's. This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Enjoy closeness with all kinds of birds and wildlife along the way. We have water access close by for swimming or light water craft. There are over 40 wineries nearby, many with award-winning wines that you can only experience locally. Share a bottle on the front deck, as you watch the sunset over Mt. Konocti.

Inside you will find a King Tempurpedic bed suite, 4 other twin beds, fast Wi-FI, a smart TV, and a very cozy updated home to relax. From the yard, you can just sit and relax while watching the rare birds fly by and play in the lake and on the lawn.
