We within walking distance of the falls, restaurants, Canada and all attractions, in a safe, quiet historic neighborhood. The home is a city approved and licenced 50's era mid modern Airbnb with full size kitchen, wood burning fireplace, king size bed, queen size bed and 2 twin size hideaway beds, Full bath, outdoor grill, and Firepit. Rent these 5 bedroom 4 bath houses for your next vacation. House sits on top of a hill and has breath taking views, amazing sunrises from the master suite and sunsets from the great room. Home has octagon shape great room with open timber ceiling, large indoor fireplace. Very large and great kitchen for your cooking. Studio has a projector style TV 100 plus inches. Red House/game room with additional 3 queen log beds, full kitchen and bathroom, laundry etc. This home has beautiful open timber.

Just a 25 minute to Lake George and only minutes from other Lakes such as Thirteenth Lake in North River and Minerva Lake. Just another day in paradise Offers a family lake house with a great sunset. Has a large front deck that over looks the lake with gas grill. Large dock with a great swimming area, out door patio with brick fire pit. This cottage has a equipped kitchen with a stove , refrigerator with ice maker , microwave, and dish washer. Only 5 mins from here is peek n peak ski resort . Also located on chautauqua snowmobile trails . Many wineries . 25.00 per stay per dog...... no cats allowed

Village Cottage

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

**** Summer rental from June to August please use ONE guest for the pricing. Also check out time is 9 am *****From September to May please list the number of guests staying to get the proper pricing. We charge additional fees after 2 guests. Check out time is 11 am. *****We also have a $100 fee for a pet (dogs only) per stay. Location is awesome! This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a quiet street with several restaurants within walking distance.

Fair Haven White House

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
