Lower level of duplex. Separate & private basement 3 bedroom & 1 bath, full kitchen apartment. Private entrance, No connection to upper level. NO PETS ALLOWED! Cozy and comfortable feel. Tall ceilings & many windows giving it a feel as though you're not in a basement (walkout basement has four windows in dining & livingroom). Peaceful country area. FOR THOSE COMING TO THE AREA TO SKI - We are located 30 minutes from Mt Kato and 50 minutes from Buck Hill. WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN MANKATO

Lovely 2 bed, downtown upstairs apt w/free parking

Located down town New Ulm. Enjoy easy access to local shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful parks from this perfectly located home base. Be aware this is an upstairs apartment. There are 24 steps up to it. We consider it your included workout for the day. While there is a sofa sleeper, it is older and not the most comfortable. It is there in a pinch.
