Relax at our ocean front condo close to the best of Carolina Beach but far enough from the hustle to enjoy the quiet and amazing views! Walk south to enjoy shopping, restaurants, music and entertainment at our family friendly boardwalk. Or walk north to fish and grab a drink at the pier. Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, centrally located condo just steps from the sand and ocean. Sunrise and sunset views from this breezy spot in the best location at CB for walkability to restaurants and entertainment without being in the midst of the bars, etc. Ocean peek from the private deck just across the street from beach access. Newer appliances and furnishings. Only one stairway up, for convenient loading from designated parking spaces directly under the condo. Kid-friendly!

Welcome to The Loft! This upper unit of a duplex is the perfect spot for a couples getaway or work away space as it includes an office with two person desk. Centrally located, The Loft is exactly 0.1 miles from the nearest public beach access and 0.5 miles from The Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!
