Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

There is no sink present The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and the bathroom can be locked.
