NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Simple, small wooden house in Fischbachau, located on a quiet, low-traffic street. Unobstructed views of cow meadow and mountains, hiking trails start right behind the house. In addition to beautiful hiking opportunities, Fischbachau offers a warm outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and mini golf course as well as the pilgrimage chapel Birkenstein. The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without transit traffic. The nearest motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4km away. From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool is 5 min walking distance

Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new apartment is modernly furnished and very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Chiemsee and Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg, far from the hustle and bustle of the year.

Close to Tegernsee & Schliersee!

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

The closed apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160x200cm made of oiled oak one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for every adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Cute room with bathroom and view

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
