Riverview Retreat

This GEM is perfect for all of your lake vacation needs! Only 1 mile to both London Bridge and Windsor launch ramp. Newly updated, with a saltwater pool and spa! The spa can be heated for an additional charge, POOL IS NOT HEATABLE. Large driveway and 100' RV/boat parking on the side of the house. No garage access. WiFi provided, however it can be spotty. We have limited providers in town, and the service we have is the best available. Inquire about weekly and monthly rates.

Open floor plan with central Air , Sleeps up to 7 people (Max) .Gas barbecue outside on those hot days. Industrial ICE maker. Brand new mist water system installed in back yard to cool down on those beautiful desert nights. Super fast wifi mesh speed booster system , 2 Pets max and fee per animal.

Open floor plan with high ceilings and kitchen bar perfect for entertainment. 2 car boat deep garage includes rear drive through door into fence rear yard. RV parking aside garage is over 20 ft wide with full hook ups and 50 amp plug. This house is just a 2 minute drive to College Street Brewhouse & Pub, 3 minutes to Rusty's Restaurant and a 10 minute drive to the London Bridge.

Great deal, save money, and stay in this easy neighborhood. We have caretakers close by to help. You will not get a better place when you want lake time and just enjoying Havasu! Also great for snowbirds and Wintertime activities at beautiful Lake Havasu City!
