CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. 2022 newly built studio (approx. 35 m2, ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.
